Obama being pressured to appt Merrick Garland to the US Supreme Court tomorrow

They've been saying for the past couple of days that Obummer may appoint a Supreme court judge while congress is in recess. Given his track record, I think there a high probability that will happen. That would totally suck. To be honest, I didn't think this could be done in that manner, but apparently so.

So, the way to prevent this is for congress to come back early and be in session before he can do it..
