First of all, Happy New Year! And thank you all for your service.

With 17 days to go before Donald Trump takes office...

With all the anti-police statements by Barack Obama, Eric Holder, etc...

And with Trump's promises to make America safe again and to restore law and order...

1) What do you expect from the Trump administration vis-a-vis his stance towards police?
2) If Trump takes immediate, pro-police actions, how long do you think before the "Ferguson effect" is reversed?
3) Do you expect Broken Windows policing not only to be restored but to become "the norm" again within the first 4 years of Trump's term? (I want and hope for 8 years, of course).
