DVD Shrink no longer free?

I have been using DVD Shrink for many years on my 2 XP desk tops

Having just bought a laptop with Windows 10 (yes, I hate W10) I went to get DVD Shrink, downloaded it free opened it up and it says I can make 3 trial DLs then pony up $30.00 after that.

Big jump from free to 30 bucks..

Is that just for W10 or have they gone this way for all DLs now?

Is there a different DVD shrink-like program available that is free?</span>
