It was something kids did, and if you looked at it you got punched....

I take that as a nationalized Rick Roll for everyone including me that saw it.

If there was even intent and it wasnt just some position trying to overcome seat fatigue..... When your camera captures 30 times a second you will invariably capture any thing your agenda wants.
