Help pls—can’t access

Hi all, I don’t know if i’ll Be able to get back in to the Site after I log out; was able to this time only bc I had saved a bookmark on canning. Fountain suggested I create a thread and put the info here.... if I can’t access SB again via bookmarks, if possible, can someone please email me instructions/solutions? Here’s what I sent fountain (thanks much again!) ps autocorrect changed mod to kid-sorry

Thanks for the reply fountain—I will try to get to grievance section but unsure if it’ll let me.

—I got back in (& so far it hasn’t asked me to repeatedly sign in for more *after I have & got welcome message) via a canning thread bookmark that I have that’s in desktop mode.

Here’s what’s been happening for the last few days:
—-I go to the site
—I can’t access the desktop mode; it just keeps redirecting back to enhanced
— I log in, but can’t access user control panel messages etc etc—Under the drop down menu my username isn’t listed & it tells me to “sign in for more”
—if I sign in again, it either A. Repeats above stuff, or once, I think I got an error message that I was already signed in

Sincere apologies if I’m contacting you inappropriately— I thought you were a kid. I really appreciate your reply all the more! Will copy/paste this message & try to either ask a friend to forward it if I can’t get to grievance section.
