The Mark of the Beast will be visible on the forehead and on the hand. Probably it will be a combination of tattoo and chip (can be very little, contained in the tattoo sign) that will identify you and let the Powers control you and every aspect of your life.

The interesting question is "Can a hidden Christian receive the sign and still retain the Holy Spirit in him"?

The Sign is a visible renunciation to Christianity (to Jesus Christ). But we know that Muslim did the same to Christians (forced them to renounce Jesus) but then Christians came back to faith after the danger has passed. So there must be something else in the sign that force a Christian to renounce Christ for good. And what I think it can be is participation in horrible sins. So it will not just be a sign but also acceptance to horrible sins in ones life.

The government will force you to participate in horrible sins and then give you the signs. Then repeatedly participating going forward in those sins.

So how does one "prepper" prepare against this? It is through more intimacy with God. You have to change as a person and become more Christian like than before. Only the "elect" will be saved that is the ones that prepared to become martyrs or to stand against the Evil actively.

Food and clothes and silver will not protect you against government because they will find you and take everything from you. The devils will know where you are and tip them of. You have to prepare for spiritual fight. First with yourself now that we are in time of "peace".

Go be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ and lead a good life where you give others goodness and support. And pray a lot. Even when you do not pray your heart should think of God or godly things.

Now we know that VERY FEW do these things, but if we just do a little of this our heart will move and change and this is preparation...
