Perfect timing for the West to supply moderate Syrian rebels with arms..nope no coincidence at all with this 'pact'. So Obama will airstrike Syria..or Syria will shoot at US planes that invade its airspace and Obama will use it as a pretext to attack the Syrian government while newly armed ISIS members overthrow the Assad Government on the ground.
