If "The Purge" was real, what would you load out/game plan be

I'd lock myself up in a very secure and remote location with food, water, heating (if the purge was in winter), lighting, a bulletproof vest, all my firearms, tons of ammunition... and that'd be just the start.

I would commit no crimes just because all criminal activity was to be deemed "legal" for 12 hours, but I'd definitely defend myself if somebody thought that attacking me was OK.
