Just sharing a few things I learned about endrometriosis.
Chinese medicine has found a connection between endometriosis and the liver. It is like a toxin. Thus keeping a healthy liver is important. And most medical help isn't really beneficial , ie otc pain pills and birth control is taxing on the liver.
Also another group found that anything bleached makes the condition worse. From tampons to bleached foods.
