N. Korea missle launch? Russia excercises?

N. Korea says itll be launching a satellite into space here soon using one of their rockets. But that makes a lot of countries uneasy. What are your thoughts on it?

Also Russia has ramped up it's military exercises to Cold War status. Just a big thumping on their chest or in preparation? They have been dropping a LOT of money into upgrading their Navy and other capabilities.

Just looking for some thoughts on it. I enjoy seeing other peoples views.
