The Bible.

I often read people saying that the Bible is the "word of God"

Interpreting that God used man to channel his thoughts into the written word.

I just wondered if anyone can point to anywhere in the Bible that actually states such ?

I'm not trying to suggest anything. I'm just under the impression that there are no such passages claiming that the Bible was written by God
