Albanian SKS?I have been looking around at some SKS rifles recently and the Albanians caught my eye. I really liked the look so I did some research on them. I have come to understand that they are proprietary so parts are going to be hard to find. They are rare considering there are only about 6000 left world wide so it is more of a collectors item than anything. However, I still like them. They only problem is that there seem to mixed reports on quality. Some say that the metal was poorly heat treated and that shooting one is taking a risk. Others say that the Albanians are some of the most well made and just need some of their old worn Springs to be changed out. What are your experiences with the Albanian SKS rifles?
