Article V Constitutional Convention

Not remembering much about civics class, I was wondering what would be the likely outcome of this if it was passed? What changes could be possibly made to our already shredded founding document and principles?

According to CFL, a liberty organization, there is a big push underway for this at the state level, and there are some pretty dirty tactics being pulled to get the legislation through without any discussion.

Anyone know about this?
