When my good friend sold his home we moved all his lightweight preps to my place , all of the heavier fortifications were hidden the best we could with potted plants and drape sheets.
Also when there were viewings he would watch them via his closed circuit camera system to make sure they weren't taking too many notes, planting bugs or stealing cutlery
