Odd glitch possibly

If I go to my user control panel to browse my subscribed threads, I have post showing that have not actually been updated.

It's like possibly a post might have got deleted or cleaned up, but possibly still a trace of it there ?

For example the Burns Oregon thread will not clear out of my cp, and is showing new post, but if I go to it the last one showing is from 2-24-16. and is not the last post showing in my cp.
