Painless wart cure that they outlawed in the US

Podophyllon Resin, a simple concentrated alcohol extraction from the root of the Mayapple plant, is a cytotoxin that kills wart virus like crazy.

I had a wart on the bottom of my right foot when I was in my early 20's about 1 inch in diameter. I had it frozen several times (painful) and it kept coming back. fought the thing for a couple years. Found a different doctor and he gave me a teeny tiny bottle with this brown goo in it. just a drop applied and covered each day with a band aid. In a week the wart was gone. No pain. A freakin miracle.
Trade name was Verrex. Containing "Podophyllium Penederm". Which I assume is the mayapple poison, mixed with a little DMSO to penetrate the skin better.

Years later, i wanted to buy another bottle since the old one dried up, just to have handy. Seems it was banished from our shores because it might cause harm to pregnant women. Since as a man, I doubted this would ever be an issue for me, this rather ticked me off.

Anyone else ever use this stuff? or find a source for it? I guess I could find a mayapple plant, dig up the root , extract it with alcohol, concentrate it, and make my own.

God I hate big brother. I have a tiny wart on my right index finger that is starting to bug me.
