Pine vs Cedar raised bed construction

I've see both. The cedar lasts longer.

I didn't pay triple for cedar. There wasn't nearly that much difference in price.

My pine beds also didn't last 12 years. Nowhere close to that. 3-4 years max. The worms ate them up.

If it was triple the price, I'd go pine and replace as I went I suppose.
