I don't "believe" in man made climate change. I do hold that opinion to be true, based upon the evidence I've seen. But that's an opinion, NOT a belief.

Having said that, I emphatically do NOT support ANY legislation that punishes ANY type of belief, held opinion, or lack thereof. What someone thinks or believes is their business, no matter how ill informed that may be.

When belief moves into the realm of unlawful action, its a different story.
