Water storageI have a friend who has came up with a water storage plan I have not seen or heard of before. He has a spare bedroom that measures 8x10 with no closet. He needs to store a large quantity of water and his wife is in a wheelchair so bugging in in is a must. They live in a ground floor apartment with concrete floors. His idea is to take 2 liter bottles and completely cover the floor with the bottles standing them on end and then lay painted 5/8 plywood sheets cut to fit over them. With 1 step in the doorway he can step up into the room. The only furniture in the room will be a small desk, computer and 2 chairs so moving things around to get bottles out will be little problem. He said the bottles add up to over 500 gallons of water. Changing out the water as needed will be the hardest part of the plan. Comments please.
