anyone here make sausage
i used to make sausage not long ago, cause i used to raise pigs here
on the place, we made linguica(portagee sausage, morrcilla puertorican
blood sausage, sweet italian, polish,those are what we made here at home.
i still have the grinder and other eqiptment.and from time to time
will do a 25lb batch. though i must say the price of a bung of hog casings
has gone thru the roof.from 17 to 70;00 dollars i'm not kidding.so anyhow
does any here still make sausage what are your favorites and do you have family recipies. i use a book by rytek kutas,the recipies are top notch
he was a old school polish butcher and sausage maker.
