Avoid another payment purchuseA few years back My f150 died, we only have one vehicle as the wife doesn't drive . So I had to find something fast . To complicate things we were just a couple year past a job going away a 100 mile move for work and had a sudden unexpected death in the family . I actually had my Brother in laws car and my wife rode to her sisters funeral with them so I could look for a vehicle . I ended up buying an extremely low mileage Impala, but had no money to fix the truck . we were talking about truck but after thinking about it we came to the conclusion A small trailer would do 90% of what we need I can Borrow a truck with in a couple day for bigger stuff . Yesterday I found a 4x6 trailer the man put new bearing in the hubs then bought a zero turn mower that would not fit on it so it has set . It is similar to the little mesh floor trailers sold at big box stores except it is much better built . Since it was older and the paint was faded and had some junk on it he hadn't had much interest in it I got the trailer and 2 spare tires for $150 only thing that need attention is the wiring .
I figure no truck payment plus dumping what we were paying on the car into savings I should get enough up to buy a decent truck with out a payment in qa couple of years
