One big one is drying out liquids like eggs, peanut butter and maybe more.
My only question for this is storing it all. I suppose I have a couple options,
1, I put the dryer goods in Mylar with an o2 absorber and seal it. Just like any other food.
2, I put them in glass jars throw an o2 absorber and screw the lid on tight.
My only question with this is do I need to vacuum seal with an absorber inisde? Should I use an absorber or just vacuum seal?
My one reason for wanting to dehydrate is it will let me keep things like eggs and other powders for 5-10 years of stored right where as leaving them while they go bad in a matter of weeks.
Any help would be great.
