Seems some lady calls her mechanic for her stranded vehicle and he's too busy to drive there. So he calls a another local wrecker to drive up and tow the lady to the shop. But when the other wrecker shows up the owners sees a Bernie sticker and refuses service. He drives off leaving her on the side of the road!
Seems that you can discriminate in North Carolina when it comes to political affiliation.
In fact, Wiki doesn't even list political affiliation as a US protected class.
Gender, race, religion, national origin, age, pregnancy, citizenship, family status, disability, veteran status, and your genome are all in some way covered by anti-discrimination laws.
But I guess you can discriminate for politics. So if you don't want to sell a wedding cake to the gay couple it seems the smart move is to check their car bumper for political stickers.
