Will leggy root crops ever "bulb up"?

I have an indoor garden.

I ended up with some leggy turnips.

I know that they need to be closer to the light and have a fan on them to stimulate them to grow stronger and not weak and spindly. I have corrected these issues.

But the damage is done now.

Will leggy turnips ever "bulb" up? Or, do I need to cut my losses, yank these spindly creatures out and start over? They are about 6 weeks old in the picture.
