Seems to me, water kefir grains would be good for propagating differing flavor soda like carbonated drink for both adults & youngsters. Impart since it appears one could (if carefully maintained) keep cultures going for years on end.
I have all sorts of fermenting equipment, carboys, etc..
(made & stored 65 gallons of wine last year)
Anyone have experience? Pro's/Con's, Etc..
