Favorite "miracle" foods?

Nothing sticks to my ribs like scrambled eggs (with bacon bits end shredded cheese)for breakfast. Breakfast at 5:00 with lunch at 12:30 with no snack break between and I'm not hungry till I smell lunch, not ravenous but ready to eat.

When I'm lazy store bought 100% juice Cranberry, grape, apple (and cider) are top three.
When I'm ambitious fruit will go in the Vitamix for a smoothie.
The vitamin C boost are definitely noticeable in the fall/winter/spring months.

Sardines ,nuts ..sure .
Almost always some fruit everyday.
