Okay, so a Dallas police officer returns home to the wrong apt. And mistakenly shoots the guy who lives there.

They are investigating, in fact they are even having the Texas Rangers step in and run the investigation. (Not the sports team) The very same Rangers that have been working for 10 months on the curtis shelley case, still with no suspects in custody.
