Years ago a hospital where I worked offered a "Watson burger" named after Dr Watson of course, who would ask for it to be specially made.
1/4 burger patty, 2 slices of bacon, 1 slice of ham, 2 slices of american cheese. Served on a toasted bun with no spreads or vegetables and a side of cream gravy.
I used to go back there just to order the burger. Some corporation took over, Dr Watson is long gone and so is his burger.
And before anyone asks - no he didn't die of a heart attack or stroke.
