The wages of sin

If the wages of sin is death and death passed upon all men for all have sinned as the Scripture says, if someone did not sin would they die? Would that mean they did not inherit the sin nature?

Quote:

Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Quote:

Rom 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Quote:

Rom 6:23* For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.*
According to Scripture everyone has sinned. No one is made sinless from birth.

Jesus is God. Had no sin nature because He had no earthly father. The sin nature is passed down thru the father to sons and daughters (like baldness is passed thru the mother).

Scripture tells us that Eve was deceived by Satan and Adam was not. Adam knew exactly what he was doing when he ate the forbidden fruit - disobeying God.

Quote:

1Ti 2:14* And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.*
Because Adam was created first, received the commandment not to eat of the tree, and was not deceived, the sin nature came thru him. Eve still sinned and had a sin nature also but the sin nature is passed thru the man.

In Genesis 3 God punishes both Adam and Eve but in vs 15 promises the Savior thru the woman only (born of a virgin as in Isaiah 7:14).

Quote:

Gen 3:15* And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Quote:

Isa_7:14* Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
Since the sin nature is passed thru the earthly father and not the earthly mother, Jesus did not have a sin nature passed to Him. He could not as he was God in the flesh and would not have been an innocent sacrifice for sin.
