Relief from muscle spams and restless legs at night

Having worked some 18 hour days working, doing things on my house, fixing cars and going like an energizer bunny, I started to have the restless leg syndrome. Its like you just got poked in the nerve and your leg jerks.



I thought maybe my back was out and was pinching a nerve, but nothing hurt and I was just over tired. Yet, you sit there in bed running a million things over in your mind and your leg jerks. Then you just want to fall asleep after an hour and another jerk happens.



That is annoying.



Then if its not the leg, an arm muscle wants to jerk.



Ok, time to get the natural remedy books out and see what I can find.

Well there were a few things listed, but tea kept me awake and more vitamins before bed just gave me more energy. So I was a tired energizer bunny and wide awake.



I found an article that talked about cinnemon powder. Either put on toast or taken by a little put in the mouth and washed down with water.



Tried it and it worked. It works fast too. Within a few minutes I have no more jerking and I am sleeping great.

Now I saw articles that were asking if cinnemon made your legs restless, but it helps eliminate restless legs. From what I gather its from being over tired and stressed out from a long day and our nerves react.

But whatever the case is, whether its even from smoking too much or just stress, it has worked for me every time.



It has also worked for any annoying muscle spams in the arms.

Maybe it helps with other things too, but its sure worth trying out.



Thought this was important enough to share, if anything to help with a good nights rest when the leg starts jerking. For this reason I stocked up on cinnemon now.
