Food stores in the woods

I have a cabin in the woods in the middle of 45 acres of WV beauty.

We have adequate stores of ammo, clothes, etc. But what about food?

All of the grains and beans can be stored for years in vacuum sealed containers. Does anyone have any experience with the temperature changes?

Here it goes from -10 to 100. What and how can you store in the realm of foods in this situation?
