Hello from California

Hi,

I happened on this forum as I'm designing a safe room/panic room. Having lived through the LA riots many years ago, I realized that if I ever bought a house, a safe room would be a requirement.

Also here in earthquake country having a stock of MREs and related is considered a necessity, though I cannot confirm or deny possession of any such stockpile.

I don't call this survivalist. I call it common sense.

Nevertheless, I may or may not have come from a military background, and thus I may or may not have had indoctrination from a young age into the concepts of self preservation.

And, apparently I need to make 5 reasonable posts before I can DL the safe room guide, lol. So this is post #2.
