In a firefight, It can be summed up as my strange ability to get my *** from cover to cover in an expedient manner, laying down cover fire the whole time. Best skill to have in a combat situation.
In a peaceful setting, it's my ability to get along with people and look out for the morale of everyone else with me.
Somewhere in between, and through everything that can ever happen though, I think the best skill a person can have is the ability to stay calm, rationalize the situation and take charge when needed.
