Thinking of joining the Australian army as an infantryman, just wondering if there is any ex servicemen or currently serving people around who would be willing to share their experiences or opinions, just as a means for me to gauge if I am making the right choice... I have a young family and am not sure what their life will be like during my potential time of service.. so if any army wives or family members on here would be able to comment on that it would also be greatly appreciated.
