Hello From Chicagoland

I've been passively gearing up for preparedness the past few years. It's great how camping and hiking seem to overlap prepping and survival skills.

Lately, though, things are feeling rather flimsy in Illinois. We're heading towards a second year with no state budget, and services are literally on the chopping block. Time to make a plan.

I appreciate the knowledge of those more experienced and look forward to participating on this forum!
