I recently got some HSGI TACO Magazine pouches. I've heard a lot of good things about them and mostly all the reviews on their products are positive. But when I was putting the pouches on my chest rig, I noticed this furry kind of thing going on on the shock cord and I was wondering if that's supposed to happen or not. It's supposed to be durable and rugged gear but that doesnt look like something normal.
