Perfecta Ammo

I've noticed recently that wallys has been getting Perfecta ammo in various calipers, all at a pretty good price point, 38, for example usually like 13$ compared to 22$ for federal
Ive been buying the 38 on occasion because I'm not concerned with feed issues on my revolvers, but haven't really been buying 223 or 45 because I'm not sure if the quality of the ammo, does anyone use it, does it feed well in semi auto???
