Pinholes in mylar from folding - damaged?

Some of my 5 gallon mylar bags seem to have some "pinholes" when light shows at creases where they were folded when shipped. Is this just where the gray material is displaced and is common or are these damaged and unusable? There doesn't seem to actually be holes there...
