Radio schedule and check in help needed

Ok guys. We almost have comms set up at both locations. Sometimes work gets in the way of things. Also we are adding two more couples to our radio group.

Here is my question. I'm trying to make a schedule or radio check in form for all of us to use. We are all going to program our radios the same. So we can just use channel numbers to know what freq to use. I'm looking for help or an example to look at. I'm thinking of doing like 3 weeks worth then skipping a few days and start there.
I hope I explained this well enough so people know what I'm talking about. Later in a disaster or wrol times. I'd like to use challenge and pass words. I know you shouldn't do that now. Right now I'd like to get this done so we can practice and have a system down if we need it in the future.

Also I'm the only ham guy in the group. Everyone else is getting their gmrs liscense in the next few days. So we will use gmrs and maybe murs.
