A Wisconsin company is giving every one of their 16 employees a Christmas gift of a handgun.

"The decision to give employees guns was made to promote team-building at the workplace and ensure the personal safety of employees".

"For us, now, we have an entire armed staff," he said. "I think that's pretty good."

The business also plans to hold events with employees in the future that could include trips to a gun range or other firearms-related classes.

Each employee will choose the handgun of their choice. The company is not actually handing out the guns, the employees will go to a store and have the background checks.
