Recommend small skinning knife

I want a small, lightweight skinning knife. It will primarily be used for field dressing elk. We use the gutless method so I am primarily skinning. I want something with good steel that will hold an edge. I have plenty of knives but I want to upgrade to better steel. It must be light as I hike pretty far.

It can be a folding knife or fixed blade. I like the meat trapper style. See below. I want the price to be $50 to $75.
