I know this is a simple project, and for real, the arrow is beautiful and not that expensive. However I do have a question on the dual band tape measure antenna build. I have seen 2 varieties, one where the 2 meter is on one side and the 70 cm is on the other, parallel to each other. I have also seen where they are ran perpendicular to each other, much like the arrow antenna. I was wondering if either way is better than the other. I plan on doing this project with the kids today since school was cancelled, but figured I would ask here first. Thanks.
