This did not happen to my generator, fortunately, but it almost did. This morning, somebody that is working on my off-grid house came within seconds of pouring kerosene into the fuel tank on my gas generator. Fortunately, I just happened to be walking by, and I stopped him before it was too late.
It was a BLUE can he had in his hand, and so he should have known better. Whatever.
But anyway, I am just curious about what would have happened to the generator if I hadn't stopped him.
