Earlier this month Augason Farms ran a good deal, so I stocked up on honey coated banana chips. Seems like the deal is too good to be true, as I was sent this email:
Thank you for placing your order with Augason Farms. Due to the high order volume we are currently experiencing your order may take up to 7-15 business days to process and get shipped out from our warehouse. As soon as your order ships out we will email you the tracking information to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
Its been about 25 days now, and they won't respond to my email inquiries. Anyone else had similar problems in the past?
