Kind of odd power on-off-on in PA.

I was on the phone with my dad, who lives a good 30 miles away, same county, differant township. quite a bit away.

We never experience power outages at the same time, until today. Power flicker, shut off in part of the house. The same with my dad. That is odd, and its has happened a few times thus far. Only part of the house. I got my hopes up, EMP. unfortunatley we still got power now. Thought maybe we were going to lose power forever.

How odd is that situation though? We aren't on the same transformer, like if it was me and my neighbor. Just wanted thoughts, and see, since it seemed so distant, if anyone else had that wired power surge or blackout. maybe a minute at a time.
