Justice Scalia's doctor and family have said he had a whole host of chronic health issues. If someone is in such bad shape as to not even be able to undergo rotator cuff surgery, then they are in really bad shape. Add to that his age, nearly 80, and I don't find it suspicious at all. He was overweight, had diabetes, heart problems, etc., etc.
In retrospect, they should have done an autopsy if only to nip all of these inevitable conspiracy theories in the bud. Sometimes things are exactly what they seem. Not everything is some big conspiracy and when people scream conspiracy on every single thing, it makes it very easy to marginalize folks who point out real conspiracies.
