Wow....not ford versus chevy, huh? Those two ain't nothing alike!
If you like a crappy sorta glock trigger, top heavy with a weirdo grip the 320's for you.
If you like a more conventionally balanced pistol with one trigger pull that's heavy and the rest light enough to be a surprise (As in 1st shot 'I thought the damned thing was never going to fire' and 2nd/3rd shot goes ba-BANG as in 'wow that's a hair trigger' ) then the 250 is for you.
If you like having three or four or five guns in one but not at the same time then the 250 is for you. Espically when that four guns in one costs as much as....four guns then the 250 is also for you.
If you like a gun that works all the time and shoots where you point it then either of them is for you.
