all this birther garbage makes right wing conservatives look like a bunch of idiots.
As stated before , if one parent is from USA, no matter where you are on the planet, you are a citizen by birthright. How many kids are born overseas to deployed soldiers, journalists and ambassadors, or staff or families? Chances are good they don't have a maternity ward on base or on the embassy ground.
if they are over the age of 18 and renounce their citizenship of the USA, That becomes another matter.
And what is a "Natural Born Citizen"? Someone who has American citizen by birthright.
