i suspected before when cooking with vegetable oil that i may have had an issue with soy (label says made with soybeans) because i got really bad gas, bloating, and the ****s as soon as 20 minutes after eating it.. but i thought nah, it could have been from something else.. so i ran out of the olive oil ive been cooking with and had the remaining bottle of veggy/soybean oil, cooked with it again and got the same issues
so is this just a sensitivity issue to it?.. an allergic reaction? and any way i can test?.. im thinking of taking a swig of soy sauce and see what happens?.. if so then i guess i now have a long list of products and foods to avoid
