Can someone please interpret this?!?

I have an app on my phone called disaster prediction.
This app send notifications about earthquakes, solar flares, geomagnetic, space weather.
I don't understand alot of the geomagnetic and solar flare stuff and how it relates to daily living. I know I have had a few alerts about space weather that it affects health, etc.

Received one a bit ago, and I am all bumfuzzled. Googling hasn't helped.
I am hoping someone can dumb it down for me and explain please!

Earthquake Warning | Large coronal holes and expected SPF reversal; Alert rising fast in the next four days

I googled spf reversal and kept getting sunscreen crap!
